What are the shipping times for your products?
We begin processing orders one week after the drop. Once processing starts, please allow 2 to 4 business days for preparation, followed by 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Canada. However, our international warehouse is located in China, which allows us to deliver anywhere in the world.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Three days after placing your order, you can contact us at narcisik.outfit@gmail.com to receive your tracking information.
Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?
No worries: some items may be shipped separately, especially if your order includes products from different warehouses. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item at narcisik.outfit@gmail.com and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. What’s going on?
Sometimes international shipping takes longer than expected due to customs delays. You can track your order with your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us at narcisik.outfit@gmail.com.
What is your refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have. If you still wish to request a refund, we can process it within 30 days of your order date, provided the items are not on sale.
